If you are new to yoga, beginning your journey can feel overwhelming. We recommend that you start with the following classes:

    These classes are part of a set series, meaning you will experience the same or similar class each time. Repetition is key when learning something new and can be very helpful for mastering the basics.

Once you feel comfortable with the foundational postures and sequences, try these classes:
