Join us remotely or in-studio
Virtual classes are available on the schedule and correspond with specific in-studio classes. When you register for a remote class, you will receive a live link via email before the class starts. Additionally, a recording of the class will be emailed to you afterward, which will be accessible for one week.
If you’re joining us in-studio, please note that pre-registration is highly recommended.
