Theme: Grounding Your Mind & Body into Fall!
Retreat Description:
Unplug from the digital world with this mini healing retreat not too far from hOMe.
This extraordinary afternoon will focus on unpacking and relinquishing physical and mental blockages. You will learn how to intuitively rejuvenate and harmonize your health with Eastern healing modalities. Take this unique opportunity to join the two inspiring experts in the fields, Chan Hemintranont and Kit Yoon.
Our time together will consist of meditative visualization, learn to get in touch with your intuition, 60-min Intentional yoga flow, acupuncture (optional), and an introduction to the ancient healing art of Ayurveda.
You will learn how to visualize your body healing, set intentions for the rest of 2020, and incorporate basic Ayurvedic principles into your daily life. You will also take home a bag filled with Ayurvedic goodies.
This event is useful for yogis (all levels) and/or those curious in expanding their healing repertoire.

Bios:
Chan Hemintranont (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is an experienced yoga teacher and teachers’ teacher. She was the founder and former owner of PAI Yoga and Fitness. Her approach to vinyasa flow is creative and rejuvenating. The intention of each class, through breathing technique, is to help students find calmness in their minds, to strengthen the body-mind-soul connection, and to experience a new sense of being, of completeness. Above all, Chan loves having fun during class--and even making people giggle! "If you can laugh in a yoga class," she says, "you are an advanced student."
She is not your typical yoga teacher. Native to Thailand, she has spent almost 20 years in the U.S.A. starting from her MBA completion, International business liaison and successfully opened two yoga and fitness studios. Her incessant pursuit for experience and knowledge from various teachers and modalities led her around the globe learning yoga philosophy, breathing practices, body-mind connection and, most recently, Ayurveda. She recently graduated with Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist levels from California College of Ayurveda.
With her profound knowledge in yoga and Ayurveda, she is eager to share her passion in helping her students live more consciously with the right diet and lifestyles, as they truly are the essence of disease prevention and a key to a healthy life and longevity.
Kit Yoon is a licensed acupuncturist and certified clinical hypnotist and integrative health coach. Her mission and passion is to help people feel better by teaching and empowering them to tap into their own mind-body healing potential.
Kit’s been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2002. Other modalities that she incorporates in her practice include reflexology, hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, life, and health coaching. She currently offers acupuncture at her office in Bexley. She also offers private coaching for high achieving mid-life women who are ready to finally give themselves permission to create peace with food and body so they can live the healthiest life they actually enjoy.
Born and raised in Thailand, Kit came to the US in 1989. Her education and life took her from Washington DC, to Boston, to California, to New Zealand. She and her family have been living in Bexley, Ohio since 2010.
