Teen yoga will run as a 4-week mini-series to create a safe space and encourage community building among participants.
Class starts with breath + mindfulness work. The physical practice begins once the intention is set and conscious breath has begun. YOGA strengthens not only the body but also the mind. Without realizing it, the practitioner learns to move mindfully + breathe consciously, both vital to a life well-lived.
Class concludes with discussion + journal work focused on gratitude, purposeful + positive actions, self-love, and living YOGA off the mat.
