Join Abra Goldman, a certified health and wellness coach and ten plus year yoga instructor, for a four week interactive program. This program will include weekly nutrition education and implementation, encouragement of four plus days of yoga practice per week (two in-studio minimum), the development of a daily meditation practice and intensive self-inquiry. Each interactive workshop is 90 minutes long. Be prepared to learn simple self-care tools and receive the support you need to maximize your health and well-being. This program is for men and women.
