Join SMFitness for this heated high-intensity series where we combine cardio and strength conditioning. The series is designed to strengthen the whole body by using a combination of body-weight, dumbells, and bands. Each class is wrapped up with a proper cool down to lengthen the muscles we've strengthened.
8 Part Series, every Tues + Thurs 830a // starts Oct 6th thru 29th
The room is heated. Please BYOProps - yoga mat, towel, and water. One set of dumbells + a fabric resistance band is recommended but optional.

- wall mounted hand sanitizers are hung throughout the studio please sanitize your hands before and after practice
- students are only permitted to take off their mask once they're on the mat
- mats are marked for safe distancing
