Master Class Summer Series // Semi-Private Group
Private lessons are invaluable, but truth be told, they are not cheap, plus yoga is more fun with friends! This series aims to bring together an intimate group of practitioners that want to strengthen their practice (10 students max).
As I treat my private one-on-ones, I'll reach out to you to understand your goals. Whether you want to clean up your transitions, learn to float from down dog to a fold, or hold a handstand, I will offer you something to work on each session. The month in b/t sessions, you will incorporate these techniques into your daily practice.

Structure of each session;
1. Watchful Warm-up
- As I watch you flow through sun salutations and standing poses, I will better understand how to meet you where you are and devise a plan to help you meet your goal!
2. Drills for Skills
- Here, you will be given various drills and techniques to practice. These drills will focus equally on strength, mobility, and technique.
3. Weird Wind Down
- If you haven't incorporated Kundalini + Pranayama in your practice, now is the time! Through these practices we will learn to release tension throughout the body, ultimately prepping a savasana that will leave you begging me to turn off the lights and lock the door behind me!
